The annual lunch for Presidents and Secretaries at Wimbledon

The Council of International Lawn Tennis Clubs held their annual lunch for Presidents and Secretaries of the 40 International Clubs, at Wimbledon yesterday, by kind permission of The All England Club.

We were also delighted to be able to host many of this year’s All England Club Chairman’s “special guests”, who included, Jenny Hoad , Fred Stolle, Butch Bucholz, Rod Laver and Ken Rosewall.

It was a great honour to have these wonderful past champions and their representatives with us and we hope they enjoyed meeting the many volunteer IC Presidents who give so much of their own time to continuing the success of the International Clubs’ activities world wide.

We also took the opportunity for Sir Michael Hintze, Founder and CEO of CQS, to re-present the Jean Borotra CQS Sportsmanship award to Rod Laver .
