IC of Israel appoint new President and Honorary Secretary

The IC of Israel have appointed Batsheva Mandel as the new President and Ruth Yishai as the new Honorary Secretary as of 1st September 2017. Batsheva was previously the Honorary Secretary of the IC of Israel and Ruth is a new appointment, but has already attended the AGM earlier on in the year. It's great to see two females at the forefront of the IC of Israel and the IC community looks forward to working with them both going forwards.
